Dear Participants,
Congratulations on reaching the finals of the All India
CRSCB Cultural Meet to be held between 12th and 14th
February 2012 at

WEATHER:
The weather in mid-February
will be pleasant. Light woolens may be required during the early mornings and
evenings.

ACCOMODATION:
Accommodation has been
arranged at “Whistling Wood” on G.E.Road, Besides
Agricultural College which is approximately 15 Kms.
from Raipur Railway Station. Double Bed
and Twin Double Bed accommodation facilities have been arranged on the basis of
DA entitlements. Details of stay on
arrival would be provided at the Facilitation Counter set up at Platform No.1
(Near VIP GATE) of Raipur Railway Station.
Participants intending to arrive by air may contact Shri
S.L.Sharma, Superintendent and head of Protocol &
Transport Committee (cell no. 09827305591) in advance so that necessary
arrangements could be made at the airport.
The cost of stay will be borne by the Participants. Breakfast and Meals will be provided at
“Whistling Wood” for all the participants staying there as the said staying
location is situated on the outskirts of the city where no alternative
facilities for food are available.
Breakfast and Meals will be provided on payment basis. Payment shall be made as per the entitlement,
through suitable coupons which need to be purchased by the participants from
the committee at least six hours in advance. Some hotels in the city are also
contacted to facilitate the stay of the participants. For those intending to
stay in hotels in the city, coupon facility would be available as an option for
meals or they will have to make their own arrangements for food at their place of stay. Lunch packets would be arranged for the
participants at the events venue, provided they have
procured the coupons in advance as mentioned above. The participants may contact the following
members of Accommodation Committee for any further enquiry.

CATERING:
On 12th February
2012 onwards refreshments will be served at the “Whistling Wood” venue . Lunch packets will be provided to all the
participants at all the venues during 12th to 14th
February 2012 as mentioned above.
Dinner will be provided for participants staying at whistling wood
against the coupons as mentioned earlier.

TRANSPORTATION:
Transport will be provided
on arrival from Railway Station / Airport (upon advance intimation) to the
place of stay. Participants are
requested to intimate their travel programme well in
advance so that proper arrangements can be made. The opening ceremony will be held on 12th
of February 2012 at 10:00 A.M at

RULES & REGULATIONS OF
THE EVENTS :
The Rules and Regulations
relating to the conduct of the Cultural Competitions during the meet as
approved by Central Revenue Sports Board are enclosed herewith (Annexure A). It is requested that all participants,
Managers and other officials should read the Rules and Regulations carefully. For each event a panel of eminent Judges
(mainly Professors of “Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya, Khairagarh” has been empanelled. The decision of the panel of judges would be
final and shall not be called into question.
For redressal of grievances relating to issues
like violation of timing restrictions, etc. a Jury committee has been formed,
whose decisions will be a final and binding in respect of all matters, not
relating to awarding of marks i.e. merits of the performance.
